THE DORE BAR AND GRILL
The Dore is a contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar nestled in the heart of Dore Village. We offer fresh locally sourced seasonal produce and a great selection of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails. Inspired by Italian food but proudly local, The Dore brings you the very best food and drink in an upbeat relaxed environment. We offer a playful take on Italian cuisine with broad European influences emphasising local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
Our dishes are complemented by an iconic cocktail experience served in a vibrant welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the key elements of the current Italian and European dining scene in an informal and social setting, where the surroundings are as vibrant as the food.
The Dore Bar & Grill was built in 1956, originally used as four separate retail units - including a florist and a coffee shop. In May of 2023, we completed a major refurbishment - keeping original exterior features whilst upgrading to a modern interior with a vintage twist of European style - which frames a comfortable environment to unwind with friends, family or colleagues.
